How long does a typical repair take?
Most phone screen and battery replacements are same-day. Laptop and desktop work usually takes 1–3 business days depending on parts availability. We tell you up front.
Do you give quotes before starting work?
Always. We diagnose first, quote second, and only proceed with your written approval. No surprise invoices.
What about data?
Your data is yours. We don't image drives unless you ask, and anything we touch is wiped from our systems after the job closes. If you want a backup performed as part of the service, we'll discuss that before starting.
